To make the space comfortable year-round, we incorporated a full Infratech heating package, low-voltage lighting by Kichler, and custom motorized shades by Innovative Openings.
The radius fire feature with tempered glass becomes the natural focal point, and the floating steel stair and railing system—fabricated by Cut Apart Metal Art—adds a bold, custom edge.
